Through feed sammying and setting-out machine
The through feed sammying setting out machine “ESCOMAR MVC” is fully hydraulic machine used for the drying of the skins after deying, before the vacuum dryer.
– The pressure is given by a pressing cylinder working from the bottom to the up, and this system is very good to process even thinkness skins. The machine concept is the same we use since many years in our sammying machine for wet-blue (felts change, felts centering, maintenance, etc.) and it’s very simple and reliable.
– The machine is equipped with an overdimensioned hydraulic circuit that allows to have an optimum pressure on all type of skins.
– Revolutionary is the new stretching system (patented). Infact, the skin is completely stretched in all its surface. The fi rst part of skin is stretched by the first group of two cylinders, and when the skin enters in pressure, the second group of two cylinders starts to work. In this system we reach the whole stretching, having a setting out effect and obtaining a very good stretching result on sides, splits and whole hides.
– The thickness regulation (left and right) is indipendent and decimal, and is showed on the touch screen.
– The speedness of the stretching cylinders is indipendent both in the fi rst and second group of cylinders.
– The transport and the felts speedness is indipendent and showed on touch screen.
